As a female with short hair, this didn't work for me at all. I think it requires a ponytail or a surgical hat to hold it up. When I attached it to my mask ear loops, no matter which tension I tried, it just slid down my hair and sat on the back of my neck and made the tops of my ears fold way down. I was hoping it would stay up on the back of my head just above my ears from the tension, but it won't. No issues with customer service or shipping. The item just didn't work as I had hoped. I'm giving five stars because I had no issues with the shop...just the way the item worked for me, personally.
